I'm working on a kid's show with a lot of puppet characters on green screen.

The puppet characters don't have natural skin tones, so when I try using the Despill Bias in Keylight, I get... less then favorable results:

I can get the orange color back, but I can't seem to get rid of the red in his eyes. What am I doing wrong? The bias are locked, but I don't think that's the problem.

Use the Edge Color Correction instead of Bias. Choose to suppress green and you should be fine.
