Change orientation of corner pin in mocha
by Nick Shaw on Jun 2, 2012 at 6:59:10 pm
So i did a track in mocha with adjustments and all that and when I import the tracking data to after effects to an image I want to add to a tablet the corner pin is translating the horizontal as vertical and the vertical as horizontal. Is there a quick way to fix this (like rotate all the corner pins to the left) or something? Let me know if this makes sense or not.

Ideally, you'd go back into mocha and re-apply the Surface. If you want to mess about in AE, then apply the Distort>Transform effect, place it on top of the corner-pin and make your transform operations from there.
This may or may not work - it all depends where you're at and where you want to end.
If you're comfortable with pick-whipping to create Expressions, then simply pick-ship the four corner-pin points to re-align the orientation of your image.
You could also precomp the insert layer and set it assbackupwards. ;-)
