Hi
Trying my best to use remove H.264 compression artifacts from some DSLR footage.

Can someone suggest usable starting settings for Remove Grain that might work?
Or should I forget RG and use Neat Video instead?

You could get away with a complete sky replacement. Key out the blue using Keylight and replace it with another blue gradient or sky.
