Clone stamp tool / source overlay

I'm not aware of a way to do that.

I actually rather like the AE approach, but it does take a bit of getting used to if you're accustomed to Photoshop's clone tool. I like that I can beyond the brush before I make the stroke, so I can avoid making strokes I'll want to undo immediately.

That said...

I find the easy paint stuff is even easier in Ps with the Content-Aware Fill.

you see... my biggest problem is painting back edges or make edges that doesnt exist.
Lets say a green garden with a hvite fence. In front of the fence a guy is standing (hiding the edge of the fence.

What is the best technique to back the edge of this fence? In photoshop.
