Hello Creative Cow Gurus.

I would like to enlist any help on animating a still image of flames to make them look like they're in motion. I've attached an image and any help would be greatly appreciated. I intend to use the animation on a website.

Thanks so much in advance for the help and suggestions.

Best to you all,
Ray

You might also play around with the puppet tool.
