Trying to replicate something like this at the VERY beginning of the clip. Where the blue prints come together to make the logo.

Can anyone give me a direction on this and where to start (programs to use, etc). I basically want a logo to be in place, I know that much. But how do they make all the blue print lines move around and form the logo? Please some kind of direction is appreciated.

I have good enough experience to understand what to guys would tell me. Mind giving me some direction on this?
