I love After Effects. Today's Tip of the Day was the final tip, number 286: To create a new composition, choose Composition > New Composition.

It is great to work on software which was obviously written by a team with a sense of humour!

[Paul Roper] "Today's Tip of the Day was the final tip, number 286: To create a new composition, choose Composition > New Composition."

Wow, I've been doing it wrong this whole time...

That is pretty funny, though. Thanks for posting it.

They probably thought that one up on one of their Wine Fridays. :)

As the person who does the grunt work on the tips of the day, I can only say that I'm happy to have amused you.

Oh, and Michael, it's mostly Beer Bash on Friday now. The wine on Fridays petered out when one of our wine snob team members moved on to a different product.

My first thought on reading this as a reader, was, "this is really funny!". My second thought, as a moderator was, "I've seen this as a question before."
