Podcast Creation
by Charles Allen on May 15, 2008 at 12:48:22 pm

I work in the creative department of an IT agency and frequently need tutorials for the different software used. How are the podcasts on COW created? What screen capture technique? What recording/editing software is most frequently used?

Everyone has their own way. use Techsmith Camtasia Studio to capture, and After Effects to edit/create motion Graphics. I also record the audio ahead of time, but most people don't. I just do it so that I don't make mistakes or go off on tangents.

I spend an hour discussing my method/madness in my DVD "Internet Killed the Video Star" which you can find here at the cow store (just click the title in my signature for more info.
