iSCSI throwing out error while backing up a Virtual Machine
by edwards willeam on Oct 22, 2009 at 11:18:18 pm

Hello,

We are getting this following error when trying to take backup a
virtual machine- 0xe000954c - An error occurred while running the
VMware 'vcbMounter'
command to back up a virtual machine. See the job log for details.
This is setup on top of a iSCSI volume taken from stonefly voyager
ipstorage.

Any suggestions to solve this issue is much appreciated .

warm regards,
Duf

Who's iSCSI initiator are you using on the Mac to see the iSCSI storage target?

I don't have any idea what the issue might be.

I'm only asking questions to see if I can lend ideas or suggestions.
