I'm posing this question that was asked of me, but I can't answer. This is for someone working in the Olympics.
AVCIntra P2 and FCP 6 issue. Footage with 16 bit audio imports fine. Ftg with 24-bit does not. All static, even when they just play in the L&T interface. My guess it has to do with FCP 6 not working with 24-bit audio with P2.
Anyone know? Suggested using a third party MXF app, but FCP 6 doesn't work with AVCIntra native, only FCP 7 does. Thx.
