Not the E-series. Only for the 16 GB original P2 card.

I have one of the 64GB E-Series cards and the only way I get video into my Mac Pro and FCP 7 is through my AJ-PCS060.

When I first got it I thought I bought a $300 brick since the HD's don't work in 10.6+ (found that out after I bought it on eBay), but it works fine as a P2 card reader for me with all 4GB, 8GB, 16GB p2 cards and that 64GB card.

Like I said I don't use the HD's on the AJ-PCS060, but as a card reader directly attached to my Mac Pro it works well.
