P2 Archieve Using HD Log to Quantum Tape

I am having problems creating a database from my P2 cards in HD Log Gold (version 5.0.0). I can import P2 cards into HD Log, add metedata & send to the Quantum DTL Tape device for archieve. Now the only thing I cannot do is before sending to the quantum I cannot create a database library of that card. When I look at the data settings in the setup drop down menu this option is greyed out.

Does anybody know how I can solve this problem?

Any help on this would be much appreciated.
