P2 content not recognized by FCP during Log and Transfer

I offload my P2 cards using HD Log to two different hard disks.
I then rename the folders from NO NAME to 001, NO NAME 1 to 002 and NO NAME 2 to 003.
Then in Log and Transfer I open each of the folders 001, 002 and 003.
My timecode starts at 01:00:00:00:00 and runs up to 2:47:something.
But in the clip list I only see 001 and 003. 002 is nowhere in the list. All the folders have content in them. What am I missing here?
My workflow is to log and transfer the clips I will use onto my project disk (Capture scratch) and then put the offloaded P2 disks on the shelf.

Actually, it looked like I offloaded one P2 card twice...
Obviously it's not crystal clear to offload 3-4 P2 cards at the same time using HD Log. Now I mount one card at the time in the camera and offload to two different disks.
(and boy, does it takes time...) I use File Content verification and of course the cards a write protected before offloading.
Too bad I cannot use the internal numbering in MCR mode. Had to write down starting TC of all the clips I want to use and go from there in Log and Transfer later on.
