Dear all,
I understand that the HVX200a now features an improved CCD and a new lens. I've seen some comparison shots b/w the HVX200 and HVX200a and indeed the new CCD has much better low light performance, and lower noise in the image.
However, I am wondering if the resolution of the CCD remains the same as previous HVX200 (960 x 540) and continues to employs spacial offset to achieve the resolution of 720 and 1080? I have heard speculations thta the new CCD is actually 1280 x 720 native, and would like a confirmed answer on that.
Thanks,
Michael
