Problem with Sound in P2CMS

Hey,
I've been viewing some footage with P2CMS, and I'm finding that I can hear tracks 1 & 2, but I can't seem to hear tracks 3&4 when the clip is being played. There is clearly audio there, as I can see the sound meter moving, and when I load it onto FCP the sound is there, just not in the P2 Viewing software. Any idea why this is, or how it might be fixed?
