I'm having no luck ingesting any P2 cards using the software P2CMS on my laptop.
I have a MBP w/ a Dual Adapter express34
Leopard 10.5.1 / FCP 6.0.2
I only have one P2 card but have reformed it and tried again. All I get is the error, "Multiple validation errors occurred, I have to click okay at least 6 times to get it to stop coming back up. This happens with compares turn on or off.
I don't even see this software on the Panasonic site.
The files on the P2 Transfer into FCP just fine and seems like a finder copy works fine also. The main problem is I will have a shoot where I have several cards that will have to be downloaded and erased for the card so I can continuiosly record 3 hours of a show. (I'm renting more cards) So I cannot stop and format the cards.
