4:2.2 with HVX-200?

Can the HVX-200 acquire footage in 4:2.2?
If so, through SD capture?

I need to get better resolution for using Greenscreen.

In SD mode, it shoots to tape at 4:1:1.

To tape, yes. But to the P2 card (or firestore or cineporter or direct to computer) it shoots SD in DVCPRO50 at 4:2:2, which is substantially superior for greenscreen. And it always shoots 4:2:2 in high-def.
