[Timothy Gunn] "Will this new Panasonic camera actually come with a P2 card, or will we have to buy 1-2 of them on our own dime? ..."
I believe Panasonic has indicated a AJ-HVX200 package will be available with two (2) 8GB P2 cards for a MSRP of just under $10,000 USD when it ships later this year.
The camera will have a MSRP of just under $6,000 USD. Of course, anything might happen between now and when the camera ships, so who knows: Maybe Panasonic will "throw in" a 2GB P2 when you buy the cam?
[Timothy Gunn] "... Is there SDI output? Would that even be of benefit? ..."
I don't believe SDI has been announced as either a standard or optional feature for the AJ-HVX200. It would be nice, but I have my doubts we'll see it on this cam. SDI or HD-SDI would give you an "uncompressed" digital output from the cam when using the cam as a "live" source, or compressed when playing from tape, so it can be of benefit for some users. However, cam manufacturers typically sell SDI output options for $1,000 or more (list price), and HD-SDI output options for even more. Although I might be interested in these options, perhaps most users would not? In most cases the cam's (likely) built-in Firewire & analog component video outputs will suffice.
There's a lot of info about the AJ-HVX200 available at:
