Compact Flash Question

Is there any type of device currently existing that allows a compact flash card to be inserted and then the contents automatically transfered to a hard disk of over 100 gb? If links can be supplied that would be great. Also how much would one of these run be and are there any that are battery powered?

I've seen different devices that do this - most simply there is the "iPod Camera Connector" that you can plug your camera into your iPod...
