Nikon Fans - rejoice!

I've been very happy with my D2X since I bought it. I was very happy with my FE2 for decades...

Well, Nikon finally announced a Full Frame digital camera yesterday the D3...

After reading through all of the angst-ridden speculative posts about where is the FF, maybe people can start talk about actual photography again on dpreview.com ?

I am obviously going to hang in there with my D2X for sometime.

All of my Wide Nion glass will be happy! Can't wait. Also the 14 - 24mm looks awesome.

I really like the specs of the 24-70.

I have been using the 17-55 lens for work for several years. I have one of the lenses that just won't focus correctly at wide angles so I am not really a fan, even though I use it constantly.

I am definitely going to trade it in for the 24-70 (after I read some actual reviews of the lens.)

Actually, I have decided that I will sell my D2x and purchase the D3.

I have also sold my 17-55 DX lens. Very thrilled to be rid of that lens.
