Hi,
I'm finally buying a Nikon D80 and I have a question. Is it worth to spent additional 200$ and buy 18-135mm AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor Lens kit, or I should stay with 18-55mm Zoom Lens kit?
Thanks

Personally, I would choose the 18-55, but others might choose differently.
When I began shooting, a few years ago now, I started with three prime lenses - a 28 mm, a 50 mm & a 105. That was my favorite set up.
From a photographing standpoint, I feel that it is really important that you have an interaction with what you are photographing. I think if you fall behind that 18-135 lens you are going to be a little too removed from what you are photographing. You can get a okay telephoto effect from the 55 end of the 18-55.
For me, my primary traveling setup is a 17-55 Nikon lens (for live events work) or a 17-35 for non-work (I don't really like the 17-55 lens) and a 85 mm that I adore. I have a few other lenses as well.

I have decided to sell my 17-55 and I am going to purchase Nikon's new 24-70 lens when it is available. The 17-55 is my only DX and this seems like a good time to get rid of it...

patryk,
I recently purchased a D200 with one DX lens and chose the 18-135mm. I like the range from wide to telephoto. I have a lot more Nikon glass from 16mm f2.8 - 300mm f2.8. Both lenses you have listed to choose between have the same aperatures. But IMHO I think the 18-135mm lens you will be happier with just starting out. It will give you a nice wide angle view and also telephoto. Unless you plan on buying more lenses you will be able to get a feel of photographing subjects at different angles and distances. Mostly for weddings and events in the days of film only I shot with 2 bodies and a 20-35mm f2.8 on one and 80-200mm f2.8 on the other. For groups I used a 35-70mm f2.8. I also have used some prime lenses on occasions as well. Hope this gives you something to think about.
