Which MacBook for CS3?

We are building a semi-portable photo studio and I am conflicted as to which Apple MacBook or MacBookPro configuration to go with. Any suggestions is welcome.
In the first corner I am looking at the Black MacBook:
Monitor size 13"
Processor 2.16ghz
upgradeable to 2GB of RAM
on board graphics card of 64MB
160GB HD
8X DVD burner
In the other corner the MacBookPro 15"
Monitor size 15"
Processor 2.33ghz
upgradeable to 3GB of RAM
dedicated graphics card of 256MB
120GB HD to start
6X DVD burner
Now all we are really going to do is take pictures with our Canon Rebel and have them download to the computer. We do not need to retouch but would like to use Bridge and display results onsite.
Is the Pro over kill or is the MacBook too little?
It is hard to compare for one, how does CS3 run on Intel based MacBook. I have nothing really to compare to. I'm running CS3 on a G5 with a 64MB graphics card and Bridge is slugish with lots of images. On my Quad Core Intel based mac it flys.
Another suggestion I got was just go with the lowest end MacBook. Are there any pros in the field the have a suggestion?

i tested CS3 on a white macbook intelcore 1.92GHZ with only 1.25GB ram and globally is working fine. you need a stronger machine when you make much photoretouch with many layers but for bridge and importing pictures is quite enough.
i am shooting with D200 in RAW and it handle well all files.
