Copying template and Spry Menus

I have imported a template website purchased from AllWebCo.com into dreamweaver. I placed the folder in a "myDocuments" file on my computer along with several backup versions. I added a spry menu and it worked in live view. Then I tried copying the entire site file to another location and the spry menu looked like a high school outline with bullets and none of the links seemed to work. Wonder what I am missing here? Any help appreciated.
