I use a .co.uk company, names.co.uk, which is REALLY good and you get lots of things and great support with them. (you still got my email address) haha

if you are just looking for an FTP host for your site just go shop for cheapest deal that includes linux hosting, PHP support, Maybe a mysql database or two for further development of your site in the future, SSI supported, maybe some visitor statistics supplied, a few pop3 accounts + 1 or 2 imap...
