Color Matching in PSD

So I took the graphic at the bottom into PSD and matched it perfectly with the background of the logo at the top of the page, then added it and it's now completely different bakcground color.

how can I fix this? You can see what I am talking about by clicking the link below and seeing the image under the video with the big red button

In Photoshop, be sure to export your images for the web using the "Save for web and devices" tool from the File menu. Don't just save as.

This way, Photoshop will select the parameters your image needs to display OK on web browsers.
