Border Not showing 2

	Border Not showing 2 by Chris Tompkins on Nov 4, 2009 at 3:05:33 pm I could not update my first post... The boarder I applied was not showing. I added Border;solid to the code and then it showed up. However, now, I can't seem to get the top and bottom banners to be aligned with the top and bottom. http://www.tarasplace.net/tpphotos09.html I have it set up as: body (has background) Div#Main Div#inner2 (has tables and images) However, now, I can't seem to get the top and bottom banners to be aligned with the top and bottom.
