hide controller on flash video in DW

Hi

I am trying to up load a flv file using dreamweaver. I would like to hide the controller or the skin. I dont want it to show up at all. is there any way possible to do this. or it there another way to incode my qt movie to play on my website with out it taking so long to load on the page.

please help

When you insert the flash file, you have option of adding a skin or not.
I believe you can just choose not to add a skin.
Also, inserting flash file SWF will not have a controller.
