New document not linking w/ 'Existing CSS File'

	New document not linking w/ 'Existing CSS File' by Keran Hayllar on Aug 25, 2008 at 7:31:38 pm When creating a new document (chose HTML, 2 column elastic layout, XHTML 1.0 Transitional DocType, and Link CSS Layout to an Existing File), the new document shows up with no CSS -- what to do??
