Dreamweaver CS3 start up problem

Dreamweaver CS3 start up problem

I have installed Creative Suite 3 on my laptop. I am using Windows Vista Home Edition and I can open every other Adobe product with no problems. When starting up Dreamweaver CS3 it gets stuck "Initializing Files" on the start up screen. I have tried re-installing on selective start up but it still gets stuck at the same point. Can you help?

This is what appears in the dialog box when it hangs, any idea if this can help?
