Dreamweaver CS3 on a Microsoft Small Officer Website

HI! i just recently got ahodl of a dreamweaver CS3 software, and im attmepting to use it for a Website for a friend, doing construction. i know only basic CSS and HTML. and im tryin to figure otu how exactly Dreamweaver works. i kinda figured out a lil on my own, but was wodnering if there was any online manuals. or books like "Dreamweaver CS3 for Dummies" i can pick out over the net. the library here only has dreamweaver 8, if i got ahold of that would i be pretty much get the general idea of dreamweaver? and be able to use the new CS3 version?
