Flash Video Player Skin to Default to "OFF"

I'm about to finally relaunch my company's web site, which will include a lot of flash video elements, that contain one of the standard Dreamweaver flash video skins.

I have no problem with the skin, I just want the controller to NOT automatically pop-up when the video starts playing (I have the videos set to auto play). I just want them to pop-on if the user rolls their mouse over the video.

Currently, after the video starts playing, and you roll your mouse over the video, then OFF the video, the controller dissapears.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Not using the skins in DW CS3 - You could use Flash CS3 skins however which give you a lot more flexibility.

If you have much questions about using Flash Video in the different programs in Adobe CS3 you might consider this tutorial:
