DW MX 2004 Table question
by Nelson May on Feb 20, 2008 at 7:28:31 pm

I am a newbie at DW and don't have a clue on CSS. I have a 6 page site in which I would like the table to remain at a constant width and height for all pages, plus I would like my header and footer to remain constant. That way I can throw stuff inside any way I want without changing the integrity of the main page table.

Please feel free to read my code or take a look. http://www.tenminuterelaxationcd.com/

If it is something blatantly simple let me know. if not please send me to a tutorial.

Thanks.

There's a couple ways to do this with Dreamweaver.

You can setup your site through DW and use a template. Using a template makes it so Dreamweaver manages the code in your HTML file that is part of the template and you can edit that part by editing the template file.

Another way to do it is using server side includes. In DW this is under the Insert Menu > Server Side Includes.
