Skin controller MUST hover over video?

I am putting a FLV file into Dreamweaver via "insert flash video." However, the only skins available for controllers all hover over the video! There aren't any that function as a separate control bar below the video picture.
I have also tried this in Flash, which has many more options for where to put the control bar. However, when I use that process, I'm unable to bring my final SWF file into my Dreamweaver page without having it play automatically.
Using the skins that are right there in Dreamweaver are much easier. Is there a workaround to avoid having the controller on top of my video picture?

Best way to do this is use Flash to create the skin for your movie and create the SWF. When you import your video into Flash you can choose a skin that doesn't float over the movie but is under the movie. Once the movie is imported the default setting is for it to play automatically but you can change this by going to the parameters tab at the bottom of the screen when the video is selected, then change the autoplay setting to false. When you export your video from Flash and import it into Dreamweaver your SWF will operate according to the settings you set in Flash.
