Extending 2 or more background colors?

HI!

How do i extend two different background color like this site?

I have a photoshop document i did, but i want to be separated in the middle by to background colors.. or Ornaments like the one i showed.

The way this site is creating the two background color effect is the body element has a background color and then their main table that is aligned to the right side has another background color on the right side of it. The table they are using is also stretched to fill the screen to give this effect.

Is not posible by streching the cell of the table, because then the site would be huge. and the user is able to go all the way down or to the sides where the table has been extended....
