Dreamweaver Locks Up Opening Simple Page

When i open one of my pages to edit, dreamweaver locks up and gives me the spinning beach ball.
I am using MAC and CS3. Here is the page i am opening.

The source code looks pretty straight forward to me and when I plugged it into DW CS3 on my PC it opened fine.

Do you get this with any other pages or just this one?

just this one, it opens other pages with ease, i have even tried to open the page locally, does the same thing
