Making flash video problems

I'm going to list all the skips I do and perhaps you can see any error or if I am missing something.

In adobe flash I made a new action script 3.0 project
-File-Import-Import Video
then I select "Already deployed" and write the following address
(I write the address correctly)
-Clicked continue
on skinning I select SkinOverAllNoCaption.swf
-Clicked continue
-Clicked Finished

I then make sure the stage matches the size of the video.

When I do a preview all the buttons work expect the fullscreen
even when I publish the swf file everything works but the fullscreen.

I really need the fullscreen button to work.
Does anyone know whats going on?
