I dont see it in "skin" menu, I dont see it in video section of components panel too. (I also dont see the option for changing the color of the skin). I have Flash CS5.

You'll need to use the import video function or create your own player from scratch using actionscript 3.

Go to File > Import > Import video.
Browse for the file and select 'load external video with playback component'

In the next window, you can select the skin and the color:
