FLV plays fine but only shows one frame when uploaded online. Halp!

Hey, this is my first post here. Hello!

I'm using flash to create a swf and within that swf i have one flv video. Once I published everything, I placed the html file in dreamweaver.I tested it in safari it worked fine and the video plays, but now that i've uploaded it online only one frame of the video shows up and it does not load.

I have my ac_runactive included in the server including the flv, swf, html and fla. I've been searching for a solution and it could be that my paths aren't right or something about mimes on the server not working. I'm really confused and I don't know who I could fix any of those problems. Can someone give me some advise or lead me in the right direction for a solution?
