Flash Video Introduction help

Greetings. I haven't used Flash in a few years so pardon me being a noob. I have a client that wants to create a video introduction on the home page of their website. Something like this...

They want the function to play like this but the appearance they want something that semi-transparent but when you click on the "play" button, a window maximizes to play the sequence of 5 video clips. All of which loop one after the other. The video playable window has to also have a collapsible "X" that allows the window to minimize back to the button.
What is the easiest method to create this? Are there tutorials or templates available for this?
