I certainly hope someone can help because this problem is making me go out of my mind.
I built this site:

They want a loading bar on it. I added one within the same scene as everything else and it worked just fine when I tested it within Flash. Upon uploading it, however, the loading bar didn't show up, plus it caused an odd full-screen white flash upon clicking one of the buttons (clicking the spikey-hair guy's underwear causes a sound to play - this is the only button that had the flashing issue).
Next, I tried building the loading bar in a separate scene. Again, it works perfectly when I test it within Flash, but I get the same results as previously when I upload it to the server: no-show loading bar and weird flashing when the underwear is clicked to play the sound.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm going crazy trying to get this to work and it's making me quite sad.
