Make Flash video from Quicktime using Flash CS3

I edit in Final Cut and can make Quicktimes easy enough. I do not know a thing about Flash CS3 but need to make some basic Flash movies with a player for a website. Can someone tell me a basic get started routine for Flash to get me jump started? Or can I can call someone to talk for a few minutes about Flash? (I have unlimited long distance so there's no charge to anyone). Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Mike@wildvisions.net 623-516-1975

You should be able to convert your MOV files to the FLV format right w/in Flash. I use a 3rd party converter called Flash Video Studio 2.0

Yes, Adobe Flash will do that. i just need a quick jump start for this project. I got some things to work in Flash and not others. For someone experienced in Flash this is a no-brainer. 634-516-1975 thanks
