Adding flash gallery to my flash site

Hello
I am working on a flash website and I need to add a flash gallery application to my site. I don´t have much flash experience. I have both the flashes working separately (fla, swf) and now i need to find out what method should i use so that i can have the gallery working in my flash site?

You can use the loadMove command to load the gallery swf file in your main website's swf file.

I tried but i didn´t quite get it. Could I have some more specific instructions please. I am not that good with flash yet, just learning it. Thank you!
