URL Link with AS2 urgent

I am seriously struggling to insert a URL link with AS2 in project that I have to modify. The link works inside Flash with your click Play Movie, but when you publish it to html, it doesnt open or go to the requested URL. I have tried every single variation I know of, but with no luck. Is there a trick to it. Please could you help as it is very urgent. I am trying to use n pictured, converted to btn and then using AS2. Thanks

Do you get a error message box?

It will not work if you test locally without a web server because flash security sandbox.
