My Videos Won't Play In A Browser
by joseph Wilkins (joseph wilkins) on Apr 30, 2008 at 9:51:27 pm

I have a bunch of videos (quicktime files)I have imported into flash and published into their own folders. When I open the HTML files on my desktop it all looks peachy.

When I upload them all to my server, only one of them works.. the others don't.

I am totally baffled and have spent hours troubleshooting... the addressing is all correct...

Can anyone help?

My gut tells me it's to do with the .js files flash requires but I used the publish command, saving into the same folder as the FLV, so that shouldn't be the problem should it?

I would be grateful if you can help!~

thanks

If one works and not the other, you might want to check the spellings your filenames..

try to keep them lowercase with no special characters if any..

if not, then check you html file to see if it points to the location on your site or on your local HD..

cheers.

Marc.

have fun,

Markyyyy
