Flash Text in MX

I'm using flash MX, photoshop and dreamweaver to construt a website.
There is a specific type of text rollover I want - similar to the links at the top of this page: http://www.dancetotheradio.com
I wanted to know how I would go about it, is it something I can do easily in Dreamweaver or is it a Flash issue?
Can anyone help me out or point me in the direction of a tutorial where I can achive something similar. I have practically zero knowledge in Flash, but I am a relatively quick learner. Step by step would be really helpful.
Anyone?
