Dancing Flash Game

Hey Guys,
Im looking to make a flash game similar to this one (http://www.justinmichaelmoore.com/digital/work/BringingDowntheHouse/dance.html). How would this be accomplished? Im also looking insert an option to embed this game to a forum or maybe even myspace. Other examples of similar games are:
