I made a short movie in flash a while ago and figured that I would need to make it in several parts because of the mass amounts of frames, which would be fine because I could just put them together later in Final Cut Pro. Well, once I had finished and tried exporting, it wouldn't let me export as .mov because I had used action script to animate my characters. Is there any way to export it as something that Final Cut would accept? Or do I need to completely re-do it without any action script?

You can export using a Flash Track, this will support Flash 5 actionscript only, so if you've used AS2 or 3 (which is very likely), you won't be able to save it as a .mov.
Unless of course, you go through the trouble of playing the .swf in Flash Player and use a screen capture device (like Camtasia studio) to record the screen output.

Thankfully, I was able to export it as .mov and it looks fine when I play them as individual quicktimes, but when I try to put them together in Final Cut Pro, they look really choppy and just bad quality. Do you know why this is, or how to fix it?
