Missing audio for first 5 seconds
by Chris Baldwin on Oct 19, 2006 at 12:33:28 am

I'm having a problem creating a FLASH file from FCP. I have read that I should export a QT Reference movie self contained and use cleaner 6.5.1 to encode to flash.

I am downloading 6.5.1 via dialup so I won't be able to try that until tonigh late. But I have repeatedly attempted to encode to flash a 2 mand a half minute movie. I consistently produce a flash movie that is missing audio for about the first 5 seconds.

The QT file doesn't have this audio missing.

The only modification I'm employing is changing the output file to 320x180 since it is 16:9

Any ideas?

Thanks!!
