how to publish swf/html files out of Flash onto site?

Hello

I've got my video file from Final Cut Pro, converted it into a FLV file, imported it into flash prof 8, with my various settings it's only 128k as a swf, was 4MB as a QT file...now what are the BEST settings for publishing on the web and how do I upload these files using DW 8 to the web site? I've got the html, swf and skin swf files. I know how to use DW 8 for web publishing, but can't seem to get this video to appear on the web site. Would appreciate the BEST settings advice as well.

Some further details...

If you go to http://www.enhancedwireless.net/indexrdm.html

click on the video icon under ODMA Demonstration and you'll get a blank gray screen pop up...that's fine but where's the video? If you look at the source code for that video icon, what's wrong? I've uploaded the AC_RunActiveContent.js, ClearExternalAll.swf skin, and the html and its swf file.
