Is there a way to autorun flv files?
by dragos (Dragos) on Aug 4, 2006 at 2:20:09 pm

I have a website that has a flv file for the video introduction. I want the movie to autoplay once a small buffer has been established. Does anyone know of any scripts, or the process, to make this work? Thanks.

The Flash Video Basics series here on Creative Cow are very good.

Very cool. Thanks. I didn't realize there was a checkbox in flash to autoplay. I was looking for it during the conversion process from .mov to .flv, so I do have it resolved, but these tutorials look great too.

The tutorials on the site were awesome. Very easy to follow. The one area I would still like to learn is how to make an audio slider instead of just a mute button. Do you know of any tutorials on that subject? Thanks.
